Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Turning 65

I have been on workmans comp for several years. I turn 65 in 2009 and will be forced to go on Medicare. Does turning 65 have any effect on the checks I have been receiving since my injury?

Re: Turning 65

If anyone should ask, you are NOT withdrawn from the labor force, regardless of your status as a medicare recipient.

Consult with an experienced workers' comp lawyer to get complete answers in confidence. if u r in Philadelphia, call George Martin and tell him I sent you.

Good Luck
