Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I am receiving w/c benefits for a torn rotator cuff injury. Can I retire with having to loss my works comp benefits.

I had the surgery twice no chance for thrid due to age 68 and bad muscle and blood flow.

If you remove yourself from the work force by retiring, you will lose your WC benefits. You should speak with an attorney experienced in WC before you do anything that will prejudice your benefits.
