Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

taken out of work 11/11/08. filed for wc but was denied 12/08. appealed 1/09.wcj denied and again appealed. diagnosed with thorasic outlet syndrome 06/09.appeared at wcab in july 2010 and have not heard anything since. attorney says its a waiting game and nothing can be done to hurry it along.meanwhile my condition is getting worse. is there anything he or i can do and how long can this possibly take?

No. It's a waiting game. A response from WCAB can take anywhere from 4 months to over 1 year.
