possible work injury

I have to have a cervical laminectomy and the surgeon says it is due to my work I never reported an injury but they are now aware of the upcoming surgey am I able to file a claim?

If you don't give Notice right, you have zero chance of recovering money. As it is, you will probably be okay. You must identify when and how and where your injury occurred unless it was obvious or part of an unusual pathological result. A cervical disc would indicate there was some traumatic event more so than accumulated repetitive motion injury.

Seek qualified Claimants' Counsel. Take heart in your surgeon's behavior and attitude.

After WC begins flowing, remember to recover the additional monies for any neck scar which results from the microdiscectomy.
