Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Work Injury

I had a work injury to my lower back in 2001 & had to have back surgery. In 2004 my workers comp benefits were revoked (Decision from judge). They claimed that I recovered fully, but I know that I didn't. My attorney appealed the decision, but the stayed consistent with there decision. I returned to work, but recently have re-injured my lower back. If I make a claim will it be revoked or will I be able to collect workers comp benefits?

Re: Work Injury

talk to your counsel before characterizing it as either a re-injury to the back, re-activation or new injury. medical records will need to be reviewed. but in either case, if the injury arose out of- and was related to iemployment, and you suffer a wage loss, it should be convered.

Good Luck
