Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

workers comp

the company i was working for did not have workers comp in pa. they are based out of new york. i live and work in pa,the injury happend in pa. the company, and my union hall have been stringing me and my doctor along for amonth now on a claim number. is there a case or am i wasting time?

you certainly have a case. If the company has no insurance, you may be able to go after them outside of comp. Call me.

If the company did not have workers' compensation coverage in Pennsylvania the State Workers Insurance Fund may be available to provide prompt payment of medicals and compensation for lost wages. You should discuss this with an experienced workers compensation attorney local to your area.
