Can you get Worker's Comp benefits and Social Security Benefits at the same time?

Yes but there is an offset. This became complicated in Pennsylvania in the 1990's but the old rule was that your Social Security Disability benefit and your workers' compensation could not equal more than 80% of your pre-injury wages.
