Generally the success rate for WC appeals is not high. A claimant must prove that the WCJ made an error of law in rendering his decision. Questions of credibility are not grounds for reversal. The appeal is before a panel of three commissioners who sit on the Workers Comp. Appeal Board. Whether or not you have a chance on appeal depends on the facts of your case.
