workers compensation knee injury turns to total knee replacement

Hi! I asked a question a little while ago concerning my knee replacement after getting hurt on the job. My question now is that my doctor sent me back to work but with many restrictions. My boss had a position of seditary form, but I knew nothing about the job. I've been working with restrictions. My concern is when the doctor releases me from his care with restrictions I'm afraid I'll be let go. Can they do that? Also, I was told I was entitled to benifits such as milage to and from doctors appts. and I was to be given the hours I was working before the injury? Am I? Lastly, can I get retrained for another job since my previous job I was at before injury I can't do any more. The job they have me doing now is not my previous job and I don't know if is permanent or just until my doctor releases me. Arn't I entitled to training? Lastly for sure, There's a good possibility I'll have to have another knee replacement since I am only 40. Does workers comp have to pay for this even If I am at another job? I'm very concerned and need answers. And do I need a lawyer? Please help!
