Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

after a workers' compensation settlement

My husband was injured on the job in February of 2006 and was on workers' compensation until August of 2008 when he settled with workers' compensation company. Financially, we need to have two incomes, but we could get by with him holding only a part time job. Is there a length of time we must wait before he can be employed again without any chance of getting into legal trouble with workers' compensation?

Re: after a workers' compensation settlement

There is no such law. So if you Husband can find a job within his medical restrictions or ability to do the work, go ahead.

Good Luck.
