Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
I've been on and off workers omp for the same accident for a little over a year, I've been going to therapy and doctors. I have been released for a shoulder injury but not for a wrist injury. Can my employer fire me for excessive absenteesism? Is he required to give this to me in writting? - Pennsylvania

Your employer does not have to hold your job for you. But that won't affect your ability to receive work comp.
