Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
workers'comp waiting period
i was told i don't get paid for 1st week off on w/c so i took personal time to avoid a blank paycheck.is there a non paid waiting week or should i get paid for waiting week and if i do get paid for waiting week can i recover personal time used during waiting week.?

You are correct that the first week of total disability under the Pennsylvania Workers' Comp Statute is not reimbursed. If you can get paid somehow, all the more power to you.
