Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
we are working for edata, pa and management said we will pay extra hours @ end of the project and did not signed the timesheets for extra hours. now they are saying we got loss and will not pay.

If you are not salaried or exempt employees, you should be paid your full rate for each hour worked. Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 controls to your benefit. There is also a Commonwealth of PA Wage and Hour Division that will get your money back for you, including OT for hours worked over 40 per week. Consult your blue pages or hire private employment counsel. Depending on how many folks to whom this happened, you might have a group remedy via class action.
