Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

I may be working on a superfund site

Do I have any recourse against my Employer if he makes us work on a super fund site. I am worried about drinking the water and other health reprocussions.

You would be covered for Workers' Compensation. Specific hazards may also be covered by the Occupational Disease law but these are limited.
