If you get hurt on the job, can the company force you on Family Medical Leave Act so they can take vacation time from you while also being on Workmans Comp?

Re: Workmans Comp & FMLA in PA
If you are out on workers compensation, your employer has no obligation to maintain your employment but for the FMLA. Consequently, you want for the FMLA to be used. As for vacation time, you should not need to use that if you are receiving workers' compensation benefits. If you choose to use it until the WC benefits kick in, that is your option. Please feel free to contact my office and speak to my partner, Jim Monaghan,if you have additional questions.
