Workmans Comp & FMLA in PA

If you get hurt on the job, can the company force you on Family Medical Leave Act so they can take vacation time from you while also being on Workmans Comp?

If you are out on workers compensation, your employer has no obligation to maintain your employment but for the FMLA. Consequently, you want for the FMLA to be used. As for vacation time, you should not need to use that if you are receiving workers' compensation benefits. If you choose to use it until the WC benefits kick in, that is your option.
