Workmans Comp

I own my own truck.It is leased to a company.Am I required by law to carry workmans comp on myself.

I think the answer to this is that you could not get workers' compensation insurance. You may want to check with SWIF to see whether you would be able to. I don't think you could unless the Company you are leasing the truck to sets your hours and pays you a salary or wages.
