Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania

Workmans Compensation Or State Disability?

I was taken from my job by ambulance to a hospital where it was discovered that I was passing a kidney stone.this will be the third week I'm unable to return to work due to it do I file under workmans compensation or state disability can I even file? is this covered?

Unfortunately, unless your kidney stone problem was caused by your work environment, which is probably unlikely, you will not have a valid worker's comp. claim. Your sources of recovery are limited to sick time thru your employer, or any disability insurance under which you may be covered. best wished for a full and quick recovery!
