Legal Question in Workers Comp in Pennsylvania
worknam's comp.
I was injured on 7/12/07 still going through legal battle between 2 different insurance companies. Is there a law to limit amount of time until a decision has to be determined.

It sounds to me as if the injury may have been accepted by the employer and the insurance companies are the problem. Unfortunately, you only remedy is probably attorneys' fees and interest.
