but if it were, 5 members of interstate succession can sell each other themselves a property of 3 houses? Thx in advance

Dear Sir / Madam, (Lima, Peru)
Since there are 5 legal heirs and the family property is "intestate", if the legal heirs cannot amicably reach a consensus on the family property which comprises of 3 houses; all the 3 houses may have to be sold, and the proceeds equally divided amongst the 5 legal heirs.
