Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
my boyfriend's ex-girlfriend is pestering me by sending text messages with insults and cursed words. Calling my home phone. and just last night the girl went to my office and put out a scandal shouting that i'm a home wrecker she's the wife of my boyfriend which basically not true. She grabbed my hair then and hurt me. What case can i file ??

You can file a criminal case for physical injuries and slander. The first step is to go to the police to have the incident documented. Thereafter, file a Complaint-Affidavit at the Office of the City Prosecutor in the city where the crime was committed.
