Legal Question in Family Law in Philippines

Good evening! I just want to ask what is the status of the girl if her husband filed a divorce in states but they were only married here in Philippines? They are both Filipino citizens but the boy is in the states and the girl is here in Philippines. Then there was a divorce paper that was sent here in the Philippines, and they made a letter in city hall that the girl signed the divorce paper and sent it in states. What is their legal status?
