Overstaying in the Philippines
Hello,
I have been overstaying in the philippines for more than 6 years,and is planning in returning to my country and i would like to know what i need to settle down before booking a flight.would i be able to pay my bills at the airport and how much would it cost me?

It would be better if you can send someone to the Bureau of Immigration to cause assessment of the penalties for overstaying that you need to pay, then pay it at the Bureau of Immigration office. After payment of the penalties, you need to get an exit clearance and this will take some time.
