breach of contract
I have signes a contract with an agency. In the contract, it says that they will support me financially in my licensure examination. Now that I am ready to take the exam they told me that their recruitment is now focus on licensed individual. I asked for a release letter so I can find an employer who will sponsor me for the licensure exam,but they are asking for $1225 breach on contract fee. Its not me whi breach the contract right, its them who did not honor whats written in the contract. please advise what am i going to do. thanks

yes. they are the one you first breach the contract and they cannot hold you up.
