The provisions which provides that No members of the Constitutional Commission shall, during his tenure:

1. hold any other office or employment;

2. engage in the practice of any profession;

3. engage in the active management or control of any business which, in any way, may be affected by the functions of his office;

4. be financially interested, directly or indirectly, in any contract with, or in any franchise or privilege granted by the Government, any of its subdivisions, agencies, or instrumentalities, including government-owned or controlled corporations or their subsidiarief

are simply prohibitions and inhibitions to achieve an independent Constitutional Commissions.
