Legal Question in Administrative Law in Philippines
What if the subpoena for a qualified theft case was received throuh post past the first date required to appear before the fiscal's office and the respondent does not have enough time to prepare a counter affidavit because the second pre-trial date is on the next day the subpoena was received? What is the best action for the respondent?
