Legal Question in Administrative Law in Philippines
I sent a not sworn statement narrating an event that happened sometime on October 2003 in support to an administrative complaint against a principal. The same event was witnessed by 4 other persons and that the same statement could be made by the same 4 persons. Can I be sued or am I liable of anything? The letter contains no accusation whatsoever, just a simple truth-based narration.

Unless you lied under oath on material matter there is nothing to worry.
