Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Philippines
my friend is subject for dismissal from the police service for grave misconduct. he was married and committed adultery but already suspended for his offense. now, he was reconciled with his wife and just supported his child to his former paramour. now, his paramour charged him at the legal office of the PNP and was then charged of immorality and was now subject for dismissal from the service .
