Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines

thank u for answering my question i want to ask again i want to settle my credit with them but i cant do it right now i can pay them maybe most probably next month i can pay them little by little but not the entire balance. i know its really my obligation and I'm not denying that i want to ask f i pay then little by little what charges do they give me
and aside from that because I'm not the one who use that entire amount of my balance I'm having a difficulty in paying all of that i know that they are no longer their problem whether I'm or not the one who use it because thats not their fault and its really my fault. can u please answer me back what are the charges do they give me if i can start Paying THEM MAYBE NEXT MONTH. THANK U!

you can simply ask the credit card company for a compromise or extension of credit.
