Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines
I was an employee before in Abu Dhabi and I have 3 personal loan each is less than AED 40,000.00 due to personal problem back in my home country I was not able to return to my work during my annual vacation.
I like to know whether the bank can go for police complaint straight without lodging case in court for non repayment? or it will come Under civil case. As Iam ready to pay loan by installment in minimal amount because I am unemployed right now, can I take legal course asking the bank to personal loan payable in installment as I can not repay loan in full.In this case which lawyer should I consult Civil or Criminal

Its up to you if you want to settle this obligations you left in Dubai. You should consult a lawyer in Dubai so you would know the remedies.
