Kung ang lupa po ba ay nakasanla sa bangko at may nakalagay na forsale na pero wala pa po isang taon may karapatan po ba ang bangko na magpaputol na ng mga kahoy o kumuha ng mga bagay dun sa lupa na yun..salamat po

If it was already foreclosed you can redeem it within 1 year from registration of the certificate of sale. The title will only be consolidated to the bank after that 1 year period.The bank should ask for a permission from the DENR before they can cut trees.
