Legal Question in Banking Law in Philippines
I am working in well known company, last end of the month i had receive triple of my salary, i have no payslip to know how much my exact salary but it only ranges in P4,000 ,I had withdrawn all the money, my atm is reuse issued by the company im working, my question is which fault it is,?do i have to pay it because they are now asking it.thanks i hope you can give an advice
