Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Philippines
gud day! maam/sir i am one of the employee here in the philippines which my employer is dealing with some company to lease the space i mean they were going to close and let some other company to lease... they are planing to declare a bankfrut for them to not give us separation pay... maam what will be the best things we must do , to get our claim , we are more than ten years of working for them...
