Legal Question in Business Law in Philippines
i Have a problem with my Business, a costumer ordered items on my shop. The total cost of the item she ordered is almost 1100Php. She is scheduled to settle her accounts suppose by June 4, but she refuses to pay us. I keep in giving follow ups thru Mobile and called her but she's rejecting my calls as if she has the intention of not to pay her orders. And the problem is, the item she ordered is now currently on the process. we'd started making her orderbut she won't pay it. What case can i file against her? I really want her to pay it for damages she brought. Please help me. Thank You
