Reselling Imported DVDs In The U.S.
I have noticed a lot of eBay sellers from the Philippines selling ''wholesale lots of new release dvds'' which are said to be region free and completely in english with no asian markings for around $3.00 each. Are these dvds pirated? If not, can these be resold in the U.S. legally?

Most likely they are black market goods.
