Bounced check case file
How can i file a case w/ a person whose issued me a check as payment of her debt and eventually the has been bounced.

The initial step is for you to send that person a demand letter informing him that the check he issued bounced either due to insufficiency of fund (daif) or account closed and require him to make arrangement within 5 banking days within which to fund the said checks. However, make it sure that the person concerned should personally receive the letter. Then if the demand fell on deaf ears you can initiate the filing of BP 22 complaint before the prosecutor's office of the place where the check was issued, delivered or bounced.
