Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
My brother lives in house for quite some time now.. one day I ask him to get rid of personal stuff that impeding my sewer system so that the maintenance team can work on it.. My brother went crazy asking me, where is he going to put his personal belongings? I fell he is my personal responsibility.. he is 36 y/o and have a job. I ask him to leave but refused and went crazier and infilcted physical pain upon me.. he continue to Threaten me " what don't you try". I would never leave this place".. what should I do? I think he find his own place.. He is an adult.. and have a job of his own. I appreciate your help in this matter.

Who owns the house? If it is you then you can ask him to leave by filing an ejectment suit. But you have to initiate a complaint before the barangay of your place.
