Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
Case record file published on the Internet
Regarding RA9262 of the Philippines, Violence against women and their children- on section 42 it states that no file or records of the case must be published in any form. Any person who will do it will be subjected to contempt. If the person who filed the case scanned it and uploaded it on his internet account showing the names of the individauls involved, date, respondent etc...is it an act of contempt?
and, if the purpose is to embarass the respondent, can the respondent file a case? What case would it be?

Re: Case record file published on the Internet
There can only be contempt of court, which your lawyer has to file in the same court hearing the casae involving RA9262
