change of name in passport
my name in my passort is susan c. cruz. it followed te name in my birth certificate. but since childhood up to now i use ma. susan c. cruz. i use ma. susan in all my school records and transactions. wat should i do to amend my name in my assport from susan c. cruz to ma. susan c. cruz?

you cannot change the name in your passport. you can only come up with an affidavit to attest to the facts that you have mentioned and show it to the offices who would question the issue. Thanks
