How to get my son from her mother which commit adultery. What steps do I need to do?

You can file a petition for habeas corpuz (you are being deprived of the rightful custody of your child) or child custody on the ground that the mother of your child is unfit to have the custody due to her adulterous relationship.
Well if she really committed adultery then better begin gathering for hard evidence to prove your claim.
