Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines

About Child support

Would it be possible that a mistress baby can have a support from my husband if he did not acknowledge it, and would it be possible that if they gone trough a DNA test all is positive will it be a ground for my husband to accept that even without acknowleging that bab?

Will that baby will a part from our property after all and have the right to have one too ?

What if the mother is just blackmailing my husband that she was pregnant and just wanted a money from him, What kind of case can i file for them both ?, IM the original wife and my husband is with me and he promise not too leave us with my daughter, after i possitive known all the facts that if they will take a part from my property can i file a case for them and for and annulmemt of my marriage to him,

What kind of case can i file to the mistress for destroying my family?

Is the DNA test the last way in determining the truth about acknowledgement of my husband to that baby, what if he doesnt want too and what if thats negative can he file a case too to that mistress?

The mistress is ???????? not yet posotive pregnant and she is telling my husband that she was but my husband stand still that it was not hes and even willing to go to DNA test but hows that?

Re: About Child support

Yes, the child can claim support from your husband. His mistress however is not entitled to support from your husband. If your husband doubts the paternity of the child, he may impugn (question) the same before the courts. The DNA test does not conclusively prove that your husband is the father of the child. The test merely shows the possibility that your husband could be the father of that child.
