Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines

I have claims so long due now, and it has been 2 yrs since the said claim have been hold, I want to fight for that claim, but with very little salary I could not afford a Lawyer since its a bit quite expensive. I already sought the help of (PAO) or the Public Atty. Office but of no avail. My question is Where and How can I find a Good Lawyer that's affordable? Looking forward for your answer...

What claim was that? Money claim? There can be a contingent fee if the claim involves sum of money.
