Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
Can I file slander/complain to a person if she continuously making stories in our workplace? How will I do it? How will I be able to send a complain to her by using the address in the office and under her name? Thanks!

YES you may file a complaint against her it can either be a criminal complaint or an administrative complaint or even both. You have to reduce your complaint in an affidavit form. You can use the office address as her mailing address but the problem with that is if she resigns or gets terminated the notices will be returned to sender. better is to use the office address and her place of residence.
