When I'm about to apply for correcting the clerical error of my birth certificate, they will gonna required me the birth certificate of my mother as a supporting documents. When my mother get her birth certificate to the NSO, it stated there that she wasn't registered yet and that she needs to apply for a late registration plus it takes 6 months for me to wait until my Birth certicate is fix. My question is, can i apply the k1 visa now and just submit my birth certificate with a clerical error on it and just attach it with a certificate of discrepancy?please i do need an advice. Thank you in advance.
