Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
hi, i am married for 2 years now and until this time im still here in the Philippines...My husband is in the army..we misunderstanding to the extend that my husband is going to divorce me...aand he's still finacially support me...we are married here in the Philippines, and i really dont know what will i do...my husband doesnt to spend money to annul our marriage here...and he's not calling me anymore but only sending money every month...the divorce paper is not here yet, but i want to ask if i ahve to right to get the benefits he has if ever he didnt registerd me as his wife in the army?..i need a legal assistance, but i dont have money to pay for the attorney...please help..maria

Simply write the US Army as to your entitlement of whatever benefits as a wife.
