Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
My mother applied for correction of birth certificate. When the document was supposed to be picked up already from NSO, there was a problem stating that civil case number in certificate of registration was different from the one in certificate of finality. What do I do? Am I going to repeat the process all over again? Or can the LCR just fix the document within a day?

Check it again with the court that issued the decision. There might just be a mistake.
