Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
My mother was a government employee and she just died recently, my father abandoned us when i was 8 yrs old now im already 35 years old, i got to know recently that my father married twice so it means his second marriage was null & void, in fact i have documents from NSO Philippines that he really did marry twice, now my question is why he still entiltled with all the claims of my mother when my late mother did not include him as her beneficiary, because he has abandoned us for such a long time?
