Now that I was not anymore working from that plant, and I left my loan unpaid for almost 2 years, do I am blacklisted already from the NBI? You will only be listed with the NBI if a criminal case has been filed against you. If the bank has not filed any criminal case against you, then in all probability, you are not listed with the NBI. The best way to find out is to try and get a clearance from NBI.
