Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
My relatives had an agreement with the only illegitimate son of my aunt, they plan to divide the properties into nine of them left by my aunt to equal sharing.. The properties left by my aunt has different area and value of each.. What would be the proper way of subdividing of properties or partition?
