Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Philippines
If seller A sells 10% of his land to buyer B but both have no agreement which area is sold. After 5 years, quarrels between the two ensued. Now buyer B wants his purchased portion but seller A is giving a different area than the one which buyer B wants. Who has the right to choose which area was being sold. Is it the seller A or buyer B .
